Bahan-Bahan:

Bahan A –

100gm udang
100gm sotong
100gm bunga kobis
5gm kacang panjang
1/2 biji bawang holland
1/2 tangkai cili merah
2 tangkai cili padi
Sedikit daun limau purut

Bahan B –

3 ulas bawang putih
2 sdb cili boh
Sedikit minyak masak

Bahan C –

2 sdb sos tiram
1 sdb cili sos
Sedikit kicap pekat
Gula dan garam secukupnya

Cara Memasak:

1. Panaskan kuali, masukkan minyak masak dan tumiskan bahan B sehingga naik bau. Kemudian, masukkan udang dan sotong.

2. Biarkan seketika, lalu masukkan bahan A dan biarkan selama 2 minit sambil kacau.

3. Akhir sekali masukkan pula bahan C dan biarkan ia mendidih. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
